  I've been a customer for years, many many years.
  They are fantastic, I've never encountered any rudeness, just great advice for my exterior garden lighting, my indoor lighting, and fittings when renovating. I do remember returning a fitting that wasn't right - and had it replaced immediately, with no hassles at all.
  The guys serving there may not react well to Eastern Suburbs attitude, I can't say for sure, but as for rude - that's not been my experience.
  They do a great deal on globes too.

  These guys know their stuff
  With an eye for design the new ownership at light up has really got their act together.
  We had our whole house redesigned and often get our friends asking were we got our lights from.
  The attention to detail was second to none I was a very tough client who changed my mind quite a lot .Simon and the team took it all in their stride and made me feel confident in my choices based on their advice and design input.
  The end result was nothing short of stunning

  Ps after sales support was fantastic also
  We had a fault but after talking with Simon it was not a fault of the lights we had bought we got out electrician back out and Simon even talked him through what he had done wrong when writing the two way switch over the phone !!
  I haven't met another lighting store that could do that !
